The Listhaus consists of an older, renovated building on the Friedrich-List-Platz and the new building which was added in 1997. The apartments are located in section A6. The Funkhaus-Passage links the Dohnanyistrasse to the Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse.

Approx. 400 underground parking spaces are available, together with plenty of additional customer parking.

A patrol service ensures the security of the building. Certain areas are also monitored by video.
